My son put a coin into the magic coin box drawer and now he is unable to pull the drawer out of the coin box. Can you provide us with some help regarding the coin box please? He only received the Magic Hat kit on Wednesday 26 October and is a bit upset that he can't use it for magic tricks. Kind regards, Penny

  I bought a windmill from Thames & Kosmos, and one part did not work. So I contacted the support of

  Thames & Kosmos. They said, "Ok, we will mail you a new one for free". You can do the same thing by

  contacting Thames & Kosmos. Their email is support@thamesandkosmos.com, By contacting them,

  they will mail you a new magic coin box.

  I hope this will solve the problem for you and your family.
