My Robotic Pet: Tumbling Hedgehog | Not Responding to Clapping

The sound sensors on the hedgehog are fairly small, so you need to clap close to the front of its head (where the sensors are located) so that he can pick up the command. I have put together this video to provide you with a better example of what I mean.

I hope that helps. If not, we kindly ask you to send us a video of how your hedgehog is reacting to clapping to [e-mail], along with the following additional information:

 

- Your mailing address and phone number

- Date of purchase (or when you received it as a gift) and the retailer it was purchased from

- The production code from your box (an alphanumeric code located in the white square with the UPC bar code)

 

The video should be under 20 megabytes, and if you need to send more than 1 video, make sure to send them in separate emails.
